Return Policy Overview

Tretinoin USA's return policy gives you 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Criteria for Return

  1. The item must be brand new, unused, unopened, and undamaged to be sold again.
  2. For health and hygiene reasons, the product must be returned sealed.
  3. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, including original packaging.
  4. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used, including skincare creams, cleansers, and similar products.
  5. Any inserts, labels, or paperwork shipped with the item must be included in the return.
  6. Customers who purchase from Tretinoin USA can return eligible items without explaining why, and without paying additional fees.

How to Initiate a Return

If we accept your return, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items sent back to us without first being authorized for return.

Problems and Damage

When you receive your order, please check it carefully and let us know right away if something is wrong or damaged. This allows us to look into it and make things right as quickly as possible.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.

Refund Process

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
